Keto surely lets you have all your favourite cheesy fats and yummy snacks but sugar is still restricted.Well, not anymore with this amazingly irresitible keto desserts that are fun to make and relish your sweet tooth!

1. Keto barfi

This enriching clarified butter made munches are a great for a healthy and filling start in the morning.

Macros value per piece

Calories : 185
Fats : 19.5 gms
Proteins : 0
Carbs : 1.5 gms net


Makes 12 pieces

1 cup clarified butter (ghee)
1/4 cup chopped and mixed dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, pine nuts)
Stevia as needed (optional)


  1. Melt ghee and half fill a deep flat dish with it. (You can add stevia after the clarified butter melts)
  2. Let is set partially, now sprinkle mixed dry fruits and place the remaining ghee on top of it.
  3. Give it a tap or two and leave it to set.
  4. Once it sets, cut into squares and enjoy your daily dose of energy.

Note: This is a winter special recipe so the clarified butter sets on its own else you can use the refrigerator to set.

2. Keto choco lava cake

Proteins : 18 gms
Carbs : 13 gms net


Makes 2

4 oz or 1/2 cup  almond flour
2 oz or 1/4 cup  flax seeds powder
4 oz or 1/2 cup  coconut flour
2 oz or 1/4 cup  cream cheese
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
8 tsp Stevia or as needed
4 pieces of  90% dark chocolate ( sugar free )


  1. Mix all the ingredients well and make it into a smooth batter(except chocolate)
  2. In a mould, pour the batter and half fill it.
  3. Place 2 pieces of chocolate in the centre and add the remaining batter. Repeat the same for the others.
  4. Tap it just once and place in the microwave for 5-10 minutes and your keto friendly lava cake is ready in no time.
  5. Garnish with coconut flour and dig in.

Note  : Always keep the macros in check and do not exceed the daily intake limit.

3. Keto bounty bars

Coconut is widely used in keto diet and taste delicious not only in our keto snacks but also in this special keto bounty bar.

Macros value per piece

Calories : 550
Fats : 52 gms
Proteins : 6.5 gms
Carbs : 12 gms net


Makes 6-8 pieces

8 oz or 1 cup shredded coconut(unsweetened)
1/2 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup Erythritol(powdered)
1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 vanilla powder
12 oz or 1 1/2 cup 90% dark chocolate


  1. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients well (except dark chocolate) and then add coconut oil and coconut cream. Mix well.
  2. Now mold with hands to cylindrical shaped bars (round shaped for assorted chocolates recipe). Let it set and harden.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or a microwave.
  4. Now in moulds, half fill the melted dark chocolate and placed the rolled bars in between and again cover with the remaining chocolate.
  5. Let it set for 60 minutes and enjoy your favourite bounty bars in keto style.
    Alternatively you can place bars in a tray and  just pour dark chocolate on it and let it set.
